I used castor oil for my stretch marks and it took them away after in this area a month. It is also very effective against scars, burns, and acne. It leaves the skin looking healthful and new again. It also takes away pain.

Hi kate/anyone else. I know how terrible hydrohenated fats are for you. I have noticed many cosmetics, shower gels etc have hydrogenated castor oil in. I was wandering whether hydogenated stout that you don’t eat still has terrible effects?

It was brilliant! I used to do castor oil packs over my liver, but never thought to do it over my lungs/chest.

It was so relaxing and a few minutes into it, there was a gurgling noise in my lungs and I felt something break up.

Thanks so much Kate for this inspiration – I’m suspicion really fantastic today, I’m vacant to do it another 2 days in a row and clear it all out.

You Rawk!!!!!!!!!! XXXXXX

excellent question! u can use it over and over. i just adda small more oil each time, and keep it wrapped in a plastic bag between times.

chloeserenity December 6, 2010 at 4:43 pm

do you use the same pack (cloth & oil) over and over or do you make a new pack each time?
