Do it in anticipation of you can’t do it anymore. But do not do it AGAIN (in a separate work out) in anticipation of 24-48 hours later.
Abs heal quicker than other muscles, but you should still not work them more than once per day. You should work them every other day, or perhaps once everyday, but it depends how they feel.

The reason you need to rest them is because your muscles don’t grow when you work out, they grow when you’re recovering from a workout.

do those exercises really work excellent because im doing : crunches , reverse crunches and twisted crunches right now, and if those exercises work better ill try those .
